Important Changes Before the New Billing System Launches

Auto Pay Shut Off  

Automatic payments set up through the District will be turned off and will need to be re-established in the new portal.

 

System Blackout Period: Late December through early January (dates TBD)

• No online account access
• No payments can be applied
• No transactions of any kind - Please plan accordingly.
• Customer Service Representatives will be available in office and by phone but access to account data may be limited.

Online Bank Bill Pay

• Please discontinue any bill pay through your bank until your new account information arrives. You will need to update your banking system with your new account number in January 2026.

No Late Fees or Shut-Offs in January and February 2027

Your New Account Number and Customer ID

• You will receive another letter in January 2026 with the information needed to set up your new online account.
