2026 Irrigation Billing Update: 

Statements for the first of three installments for the 2026 summer irrigation season (April 15, 2026 to October 14, 2026) and fall irrigation season (October 15, 2026 to December 01, 2026) have been mailed out.   First installment bills are due April 15, 2026. Please note that the 5% pay in full discount has been discontinued. 

Winter water service will be billed in late September. A multi-year water rate increase has been proposed, and if adopted by the Board of Directors, these increases will be reflected in the winter service bill.

• Online - Login today and create your username and password.  Click here to pay online with credit card or electronic check only.  Payments made Monday-Friday, prior to 2:30 p.m. will be posted the same business day.  Payments received after 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or on weekends or holidays will be posted on the next business day.  Payments are subject to a $3.25 fee per transaction of up to $1,000.00.
