Managing your utility account just got easier. We’ve moved to a new billing system that brings account information, payments, billing history, and water-use details together in one convenient online experience.
The transition is complete, and you can now access the new system and customer portal. Whether you want to check your balance, make a payment, go paperless, or keep an eye on your water use, the tools you need are available whenever you need them.
Get Started with Your Online Account
If you’ve already created your account, sign in to explore the new portal. From there, you can choose paperless billing, enroll in AutoPay, and manage your account preferences.
If you’re new to the portal, create your online account to get started.

- View and pay your bill quickly and conveniently
- Sign up for and manage AutoPay with ease
- Choose from convenient, fee-free payment options

- Get help when you need it by contacting Customer Service or submitting service requests through the portal’s self-service features

What to Know
Starting December 2026
Auto Pay Shut Off
Automatic payments set up through the District will be turned off and will need to be re-established in the new portal.
System Blackout Period: Late December through early January (dates TBD)
- No online account access
- No payments can be applied
- No transactions of any kind - Please plan accordingly.
- Customer Service Representatives will be available in office and by phone but access to account data may be limited.
Online Bank Bill Pay
- Please discontinue any bill pay through your bank until your new account information arrives. You will need to update your banking system with your new account number in January 2026.
No Late Fees or Shut-Offs in January and February 2027
Your New Account Number and Customer ID
- You will receive another letter in January 2026 with the information needed to set up your new online account.
