Public Notice - Public Meeting for the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration 

Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration Report for the Scotts Flat Lower Connector Trail is available for public review starting April 14, 2021.  Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., May 14, 2021.  

Please provide name and contact information with any comments submitted.  Comments may be submitted to Kris Stepanian, Board Secretary via email at stepaniank@nidwater.com or by mail to the District's main office located at 1036 W. Main Street, Grass Valley, CA  95945.

Input may also be provided at a public meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. on May 6, 2021 via Zoom.
