Public Notice - Public Meeting for the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration 

Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration Report for the Scotts Flat Lower Connector Trail is available for public review starting April 14, 2021.  Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., May 14, 2021.  

Please provide name and contact information with any comments submitted.  Comments may be submitted to Kris Stepanian, Board Secretary via email at or by mail to the District's main office located at 1036 W. Main Street, Grass Valley, CA  95945.

Input may also be provided at a public meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. on May 6, 2021 via Zoom.
