Hydro Field Office Renovation
In 2022, Nevada Irrigation District (NID) purchased the Hydroelectric Field Office building to support ongoing operations and improve workspace efficiency for hydroelectric staff. Since then, several initial repairs have been completed to stabilize and maintain the facility. With design work now finalized, the District is moving forward with the next phase of improvements and is requesting quotes for construction. The renovation project will upgrade building systems, enhance functionality, and ensure the facility meets current operational and safety needs.
A pre-quote meeting will be held at 9:00 am on September 30, 2026, at 148-152 Whitcomb Ave., Colfax, CA.
Quotes will be accepted until 3:00 pm on October 20, 2026, at the District's main office at 1036 W. Main Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
