The Nevada Irrigation District (NID) has fully restored water service to the Dorsey Drive area after a mainline break around 7 a.m. on Friday.
Work to repair the damage was completed at 10:30 p.m. Friday evening.
Please note: the mainline repair is finished, but work on the Dorsey intersection continues as NID and the City of Grass Valley plan final repairs, with consideration of weather, traffic, temperatures, etc.

NID is proud of its maintenance and operations crews that worked throughout the day and evening to lessen the impact of the break and restore water service to the area as quickly as possible.
