Hi Michael,
Thank you for your comments on the PFW. The portions of the Plan for Water that would be considered an engineering project were prepared by licensed professional engineers. The technical portions of the Plan for Water have been managed by our Engineering Department under the Director of Engineering, Doug Roderick. As you are aware, Doug is a licensed engineer.
Any technical memorandums will be released to the public when they are completed.
