This project is for the installation of approximately 3,170 feet of 8-inch diameter treated waterline, and three fire hydrants for service to 21 parcels.
David Way Pump Station will provide water service to the proposed extension. The David Way pump station was upgraded in 2023 and will provide additional pumping capacity and redundancy.
NID's Board of Directors approved a construction contract with LaFleur Excavating. Construction began May 1, 2024, and was completed July 2, 2024.
The Right of Way section is in the process of assisting property owners obtain the consent of mortgage lenders for the easement rights necessary for the project.
