The Nevada Irrigation District Board authorized the issue of a Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Lower Cascade Canal - Banner / Cascade Pipeline Project on March 22, 2006.

The Report was released for a 60 day public review period on March 31, 2006. The comment period ended May 30, 2006.
